He found the previous company never changed a filter, the power vent was completely plugged and an incorrect nozzle was installed prior to him as well. We are writing this email to advise you of the wonderful visit we had with your repair technician, Jim. About two weeks ago Jim came to our home to check out our propane stove after a power outage. It worked during the power outage but had a very different smell which alarmed us. He showed up on time, was very concerned about not soiling our rugs and did an excellent job clearing the stove and assuring us the smell was nothing. He also instructed us how to run our stove during and after a power outage, which seems to be quite often so far this year.

They came right away but did not have the part needed and told us it would have to be ordered and they would try to get it for Tuesday. “We bought our retirement home here 6 years ago and we like it here very much. Since we have been here, White Mtn Oil & Propane has been my choice for service, oil and propane. We have also bought a Rinnai hot water heater and a Rinnai wall heater for our garage. We are very satisfied with all the service your company has provided for us. When we purchased this home we installed a gas fireplace  (not from you) and it has never worked correctly. I have had the vendor come in several times to repair it without success. I even contacted the mfg. of the stove and again had no success or resolution. A few months ago I could smell propane once again and I contacted White Mt. Oil to come take a look for me. Bill Wrigley was the person who arrived and thoroughly checked our system. He recommended changing out the old propane tank and he replaced the regulator and “sniffed” all potential problem areas. He was very through and was not going to leave unless he found the problem, which he did. The smell was coming from the fireplace, not the stove or the water heater. He ordered the correct parts and installed them. For the first time in 6 years we do not smell propane and the glass front on the fireplace does not smoke and haze up. Before Bill did his dogging my wife had to clean the glass on the fireplace every week. Since Bill corrected the problem we have not had to clean the glass once.I want to thank Bill and White Mt Oil for providing, what I call, great customer service and we will continue using White Mt.
