To our valued White Mountain Oil and Propane customers:
As of today, March 18th, 2020, and until further notice, our offices in North Conway and Lincoln are secured from public access due to the Coronavirus/Covid-19.
We will continue to run our operations from the secured office in North Conway. This decision was made to be overly cautious as we make efforts to help keep our employees healthy and always be there for you…
In addition, to limit potential exposure to the Coronavirus/Covid-19 for our Service Technicians, our Service Department will be rescheduling non-critical service jobs. We will continue to respond to propane leaks, no-heat calls and other emergencies as we normally do. Our Sales team will follow a similar procedure and there is no change in our Delivery Department; all fuel deliveries will be made as scheduled.
Living in northern New England, we prepare for possible periods that not all our employees will be able to work in our offices, and we anticipate and train for times that we may need to run the business remotely. Although, we think of severe weather causing a remote activation, we are prepared and confident that you will see very little, if any, interruption in our operations.
